Working station information
1. It includes controller, Wilo pump and expansion vessel and other needed accessories. It controls the whole system.

Working Principle
1. Skylight Temperature difference circulation: When the temperature difference between collector and tank reaches the setting starting value, the circulation pump start working to exchange the heat. When the temperature difference reaches the programmed shutdown value, the circulation pump will stop working.
2. Skylight Frost circulation: When the collector temperature drops below the programmed frost protection value, the circulation pump start working. When the tank temperature drops below 4 degree, the auxiliary heating element starts to heat the water till 20 degree, and close the auxiliary heating element. When the collector temperature rises to 7 degree, the circulation pump will stop working.
3. Skylight Auxiliary heating: When the temperature of the water at the top of tank drops below the programmed opening value, the auxiliary heating element starts to work. When it rises to the programmed closing value, the auxiliary heating element will stop working. Three different heating periods can be set every day.
High temperature protection: When the collector temperature rises to the programmed maximum value, the emergency shutdown function will start and the circulating pump will stop, in order to avoid damaging the solar system components because of high temperature.
4. Skylight Cooling protection: When the collector temperature rises to the maximum value, the circulation pump starts to work, until the collector temperature drops or the tank temperature rises to 95 degree. (Tank emergency shutdown temperature)
